Limerick Printmakers Open Submission Show 2011

Was at the opening to the LP Open Submission show 2011 last night. Big turn out as it was a double bash, it also was the relaunch of Limerick Printmakers in they're temporary home for the next year or so. good for them to be back in action after the unforseen interruptions of the past while.

The show looked well in the new space and also had a piece selected.

Distance 344 Exhibition

Had a brief visit to Occupy space last night for the opening of Distance 344. Well worth a visit to check it out. Great to see some fimilar facees and some great art. Got a chance to see the previous show here too, have a scroll through the site to see.
Typical me no pics to put up which is a shame as both shows were good.

Charming Baker, charming man and charming art too....

Came across this gentlemen recently. The work is selling like hot biscuits and is indeed quite good. not doing half bad for an artist that is self represented either.
